February 15th, 2017 - Youth Ministry Today

First full day back in the saddle after a quick snowboarding trip with some friends. That'll be my last real chance to get away and slow down until May, so I took full advantage and had a great time with some great friends.
Best thing about the day today - Nichelle started! I'm so excited to work with her, she's gonna make a huge difference around here. Plus, she brought me a churro donut (it's a thing, and you need it in your life). So, we're off to a great start.

Tonight, Sr High. Favourite place to be on a Wednesday night. We're working through a series we're calling "We Believe" and going through the Core Doctrines of our faith. Tonight we talked about the Trinity... kind of a big one. The message was essentially just a series of statements of what we believe about the father, son, and holy spirit. Gave an opportunity to respond to the Gospel at the end and some students did (which is always amazing!). Also, we had ice cream sundaes because... well, ice cream is good.
